This Mobile Home Bottom Board PE Fabric Underbelly in reality is just a tarp, but it does not have many grommets as my other tarps. This one has only 4 grommets - one on each corner. It will work as a cover and those 4 grommets are still better than nothing to be able to secure it over, but if you need to stretch it you would definitely wish this tarp would have grommets going along side as well. No bad overall.

Thick, functions as it should, and although I'm not sure how long it will last yet, feels durable. Totally a pain to install, but that's mostly because of the location. The product didn't make it any worse than it would have been using something else

Very thick material. Much thicker than a regular tarp.

Actually using this as a shade canopy/protection from the elements over our fenced in dog pen. The material is thicker than your typical tarp and seems to be superior in strength as well. So far it is holding up well to the storms we’ve had plus a surprise snowstorm followed by a hard freeze. Our German Shepherd seems to be liking the new cover just fine. So much larger than the tarp we were using previously. She can have more room to play, weather protected when she’s outside in her pen.

This is basically a 10X16 heavy, 5-layer tarp. It's meant to insulate the bottom of mobile homes, but I am using it to control invasive creeper and mud in an area of my yard I use for compost making and tool storage. The large tarp is finished with a well-stitched binding at the edges, with a grommet at each corner. It is heavy-duty. It's been sub-freezing here since I installed it, so it has had no traffic yet, but I think it will do the job.
