Knees and ankles were out of alignment because of knee replacement. The felt padding is the best resolution.

This felt pad is like polyester on the pad side and the adhesive looks like saran wrap that does not come off when you take the oadding off. When you work at it to get the adhesive off it tears your skin up terribly and literally makes it bleed like crazy. I will not buy this again. Totally not worth it.

This stuff is GREAT! However, if you do a cut out (such as a circle with no manufacturers edge), it can be very difficult to get the backing off. If cutting away the manufaccturer's edge, be sure to prepare the backing for ease of removal by pulling it back and folding a corner under (like you might do with packing tape when you're done using it). I would guess that this would be the case with any such roll of product when cutting, hence, still gave the 5 stars.
