I live offgrid this has been an amazing shallow well pump !! Even through the cold nights . Would definitely buy another one

Was not worth the money spent .Will not draw water. Has no suction will never buy another one.Not worth the money cheap like the price

The description for this pump states:Wide Applications: This shallow well pump with the tank is ideal for the supply of fresh water to homes, cabins, farms.When it arrived, I read in the owners manual a statement that indicates this pump was NOT suitable for drinking water.I needed a pump system for clean drinking water so I sent it back.I found other similar pump systems that ARE suitable for drinking water and they are rated and certified by a third party National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)I believe the product description for this product is mis leading. Don't make the same mistake if you want a pump for drinking water.

the 1.6 HP gives good water flow, a total upgrade from the pump I had before

Came ready to use, just plug it in and connect the water in / out. Works like a charm.
