Why buy plastic rattan when you can get the real stuff for a good price? I'm making radiator covers and wanted something classic for the front and this fits the bill perfectly. Super easy to cut to the right length and the weave is tight. It arrives in a roll so I just wet it down and lay flat for a few hours before I'll install it. Of course, this is 16 inches tall vs the 18 inch I bought last time.... I guess there isn't much of a standard in rattan.Overall, a good quality product with nice natural variations in the coloring - it look legit because it is.

I'm planning on using this in a frame to cover up the rather ugly furnace along my wall. It's a beautiful piece of rattan and it will help get rid of the eyesore in my living room! High quality material.

I'm attempting to add a rattan face to a small hand-built amplifier cabinet.I added a rectangular bead of hot glue on the rattan and then cut it outside the glue edge. It worked pretty well to maintain the rattan's integrity while working with it but if I were to do it again, I might sew the rattan between two pieces of cloth on the edges instead.This is a nice quality raw material where 90% of the work has already been done for you.

This is a decent plastic rattan but beware it's not as cute as natural rattan since it lacks depth in color and that natural feel.

So this is exactly as it's described. Unfortunately, there was a user error and I thought it could be used as caning for the bottom of a chair. Well it still can, I just need to find a different installation method. I can't just use adhesive and call it a day! I definitely need to watch some more videos to get this beautiful rattan to shine.

This is a beautiful piece of webbing! I've come to prefer this style of weave to the ubiquitous circle-pattern webbing, and this particular one is a beauty.. The weave is very even and the top side has a gorgeous luster to it...! Very pretty. There are just a couple spots where the rattan has a super thin strand coming off of the main strand -- not a big deal at all, and really, I don't think you can get away from that with webbing. Otherwise, there were absolutely no breaks or wonky rows on my piece. The color on this piece is super uniform -- a nice cream color that would of course compliment any woodtone. This rattan also has NO smell, which is important to me. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied!

I'm using this webbing as matting or framing for embroidery and it works great. The rattan is good shape, very few loose bits, and it's evenly woven. The color has natural variations but no extreme blotches or streaks. One side is pale brown, the color of a pale wood; the other is lighter, almost white. I'm very happy with this webbing.

The rattan is very sturdy yet easy to cut with regular scissors. I am using it to place on top of soil in planters to prevent squirrels from digging into the soil and uprooting everything. So far they haven't come back and made a mess again.
