I like this hole saw, it cuts a very clean hole. You must run on a very slow speed and keep it cool.

I used this to drill (8) holes in 1/8" mild steel with a drill press. The drill completed the job without issue, I am pleased. I did not notice any degradation in performance from the first hole to the last. I liberally applied Tap Magic.

I got this hole cutter to add 22mm switches to some overhead lamps, and it worked as advertised. The cut was smooth and looked high quality. I'd highly recommend this and would purchase again.

Appears to be well made and cuts nicely. My only gripe is the picture shows 4 cutting carbides when actuality there are only 3.

Worked great to put four holes on a panel of 3/16" HRS sheet metal. We bought two of these just in case they wear quickly, but needed just one to put the four holes. Arrived as described, though the plastic cases aren't very good; they were taped closed because the hinges and clasp are broken on both cases. The pilot drill bit, spring, and hex key are just tossed in the cases and move about freely, which isn't great for the bit sharpness, but also not a huge deal. At the end of the day, the tooling works and you get holes in metal. :)

Needed it to cut through sheet metal for the cluster on my boat in order to add a couple gauges. It was really poorly packaged. Each piece was loose in the bag upon arrival. I didn't notice the pilot bit being bent and it wobbled all over the place tearing up the surface. Fortunately the gauge faces covered most of it up, touch up paint for the rest. With that being said, the teeth of the hole saw held up. It cut though the metal and i will likely be able to use it again with a different pilot bit. The spring it came with is useless, nothing holding it in place and you'll likely loss it quickly anyway. For the price it's not bad. I figure the bent bit is just unlucky. But inspect before use. Overall i would still recommend.

Used this to put 4 holes in some 3” schedule 80 seamless black steel pipe. I always predrill the pilot hole With a bit by itself, it will save you a lot of bits and headache in the long run, I have learned that from being a fire sprinkler fitter for 10 years and drilled hundreds of holes like this in pipe. This hole saw went right through the sch80 without a sweat and definitely faster than if I was using a regular hole saw.
