No se puede recargar, para devolverla tengo que pagar 1,200 pesos o 63 dlls., mas del doble de lo que cuesta, no pude hablarlo con servicio al cliente, No pude contactar al vendedor, La app no me da la opcion solo me da etiquetas de devolución.

I purchased this lithium battery in January for my robot vacuum, hoping to rejuvenate its cleaning prowess and reliability. Initially, I was thoroughly impressed. The battery life was excellent, and my vacuum could complete its cleaning cycles with power to spare, exactly what I was looking for.However, just two months in, I’ve noticed a significant drop in the battery’s performance. By March, the battery began draining much quicker than when it was new. It now struggles to hold enough charge for the vacuum to complete its tasks, which is disappointing considering its strong start.To add to the disappointment, I’ve found myself unable to return or exchange the battery since its return period has ended. This limitation has left me in a difficult position, as the initial promising performance has not lasted, and now I’m left with a battery that drains too quickly, without the option for a return or exchange.While the battery was an excellent fit at first, providing the boost my robot vacuum needed, the longevity and reliability of the battery have been underwhelming. I hoped for a more durable solution to my vacuum’s power needs. It’s unfortunate to see such a decline in performance over a relatively short time, compounded by the inability to return the product after quickly passing the return window.Overall, if you’re looking for a quick fix, this battery might serve you well in the short term. However, be prepared for a potential drop in performance and battery life, as I experienced, and be mindful of the return policy duration. I’m now on the lookout for a more reliable long-term solution to ensure my vacuum can keep up with the demands of my home without frequent replacements or recharges.

Unser Saugroboter Tesvor X500 ging nach gut 3 Jahren sporadischer Nutzung im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes trotz Ladung innerhalb von Minuten der Strom aus. Am Ende ging er gar nicht mehr zu laden. Eigentlich wollte ich den dann schon zum Elektro Schrott geben, weil ich erstmal gar nicht auf die Idee gekommen bin nach einem Ersatzakku zu schauen.Durch Zufall entdeckte ich dann diesen Akku hier und bestellte ihn. Der Einbau ging überschanderweise sehr schnell und einfach. Am Saugroboter die Schrauben gelöst, alten Akku abgestöpsselt und den neuen angeschlossen. Schrauben wieder reingeschaut. Und was soll ich sagen? Der Tesvor X500 fährt wieder problemlos durch die ganze Wohnung und selbstverständlich auch wieder in die Ladestation.Mal sehen ob der Roboter noch einmal 3 Jahre mit macht oder ob der Akku vorher aufgibt.Bin in jedem Fall bis jetzt zu frieden.

I was relieved to see that the battery fixed my robotic vacuum. It was delivered with enough of a charge to do a run. I didn't have to charge first to see if it worked. Arrived VERY fast.

Accu van mijn robovac leek kapot te zijn. Had deze besteld als vervanging en het werkte. Na 1 maand nog geen problemen. Accuduur lijkt hetzelfde
