Battery worked fine for two months and then wouldn't hold a charge. I reached out to the seller. Even though I was so far past the return date, they got back to me in a day and helped me out with a refund. Great service.

I typically wait awhile until reviewing a product here so please know that I will update this review if anything changes my opinion. I purchased this battery as a replacement for the original battery in my Eufy 11s robot vacuum. After 2 1/2 years with my Eufy it stopped working. It was giving a red light and making beeping noises when it was on its charging dock. The Eufy Owners Manual trouble shooting guide was not helpful and I thought my poor Eufy was done for. Fortunately I did some research and decided to try replacing the battery before relegating it to the waste disposal. I ordered this battery and it was a perfect fit and replacement for the original. It took only a few minutes to install. I then put the Eufy onto its charging dock and waited until it was fully charged. The Eufy went to work and vacuumed my floors for an hour and 10 minutes! Previously it only worked for 45 minutes before needing to recharge. I was very pleased! Back on its dock the Eufy took about 3 1/2 hours to get to full charge. This battery has a larger capacity than the original Eufy so I think that’s why it ran longer and perhaps took a slightly longer amount of time to charge. After first use I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this battery.

Our Eufy 11S had lost a lot of duration already when it suddenly dropped off a cliff. It would work for 5 minutes and just stop dead. The battery pack was easy to replace and restored full functionality and seems to run as long as new. I can recommend this one.It was easy to replace: Put it on its back and turn it off.Use the included screwdriver to remove the two small screws and lift the cover. I had to use the edge of a steak knife because there wasn't enough gap to use a thumb nail.Lift the battery out by the tapes provided on the old battery and unclip the connector to release the connection. (Push down with your finger nail to lift the tiny lock off the hook on the side and slide apart; it's easy) Re-connect the new battery pack and place it into the unit stowing the wires in the same way as the originals.Replace cover and screws, turn the power switch back on and place it on the charger until it has fully charged. That's it.

After three or so years, my Eufy would no longer charge. I would put it on the charger, it would blink orange for several hours as if it were charging, but then would beep and turn red.I replaced the original battery with this one. It was an exact fit. The video on the product page shows you the steps: flip over the vacuum, use the included screw driver to open up the battery case, gently squeeze the prongs on the connector to release the original batter, then reattach and close everything up. The vacuum started right up after this.

My original battery was almost 3 years old, and was down to 20 minutes or less of runtime.This battery dropped in (clean all your contacts first - good electrical hygiene) and immediately started charging on the dock. I let it charge over night, and then ran the device and am pleased to report about 90 minutes of runtime.My device works like new again, for a very small investment.
