I used these to replace the plastic cupboard ones that came with the unit and failed. Plastic ones can become brittle over time. I nearly lost my favorite mugs. These are well made and strong! I am confident I won't have an issue again. I was happy to find these in bulk, so I replaced them all. Check your sizing. These are a slightly larger peg hole than most of the ones I found when looking. These fit my older cabinets, but the newer sets needed the holes enlarged with a drill bit.

I was missing a few shelf pegs so I'm glad I got these. Pay attention to the size you need. I ordered the wrong ones at first thinking these and 5mm were the same.... they are NOT! These are bigger than 5mm which is what I needed.

These are very good support pins, just a described, solid metal and fit my cabinet perfectly. I never realized that those predrilled holes that are in bookcases and cabinets could be different, for some reason I thought they were a standard diameter measurement...until I bought the wrong size. These ones worked, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Good quality and I feel they are better than the "L' shaped ones as the shelf can be slightly off size and these still work. Pin is just the right size for my unit.

There are, apparently, 2 sizes (at least) of shelf pegs, 1/5th inch (5mm) & 1/4 inch. Now, for 2 different shelves, I have now had to buy both. But, for a few bucks, I now have both and I can buy used bookcases with missing pegs and/or shelves and place or replace shelves at will. Since units with missing pegs or shelves usually sell for a big discount, it's been a great deal. These pegs are holding nicely under a heavy load of books; they're solid and fit well. No complaints.

After my move, I could not find the original pins. I am sure that they will show up in a box that I have not yet emptied, but at this price, it was well worth the money!!
