We had an issue with the first pump popping off hoses and then not working all together. Spoke with customer service and a new system was quickly sent out. The new system works well. It kept the water circulating, filtered and it kept it clear. Easy set up and take down. Looking forward to using again this summer.

Picture of the filter after a couple months of 24 hr a day use. Still going strong. This review will be from that well worn perspective.Assembly is pretty straight forward. Get yourself a separate bag of recommended sand, a screwdriver, and a block of time akin to your assemblyperson skillset (reckon 20 minutes for even the all-thumbs crowd), and you're good to go.You'll want to use some silicone tape or equivalent for the fittings, and be sure to tighten well with a tool; don't just finger tighten. You're dealing with a potentially lethal amount of pressure here.*** Assembly note ***If anybody gets curious or frustrated about where the primary basket filter o-ring goes, it is directly atop the white basket after that's situated. There's a flat side and a partially grooved side and I believe the flat side goes down (meeting the white basket). You shouldn't have to tighten the clear lid too much and there should be no leaks. The o-ring does not go on the lid at all.*** End of Assembly Note***This thing is strong enough to create a nice sized vortex from a hose in the water, which is a primary feature on some skimmer baskets. It technically fully cycles our 14' x 4' pool water once every couple hours. This is great for quick cleaning and vacuuming.It's rather quiet for it's strength. Ten feet away and it's barely noticable, almost sounds like a distant brook. You can hold a normal conversation standing right over it if you were the type of person to do that.No complaints after a couple thousand hours of continuous use. Be sure to check the pressure every so often (the gauge in my pic is about as high as I let it get before cleaning) and perform the continuous maintenance as required. Should last a few more years for me at this point, but if I only get a couple out of it, it'll be worth it.

Came early which was exciting, except it came missing a bolt. I found a bolt in my garage to replace it. I have not used it yet but will follow up after to let yall know how it works which may change my review.

we used plumbers tape and zero leaks it's actually been a really good filter and keeps the pool crystal clear and we have a waterfall feature and the flow is perfect it's super easy to clean and putting it together was really easy and it was delivered within a few days so it's a good value for the money

This machine works nicely so far, (2 Days) but it has no power button. Whenever you want to turn it on or off you either have to buy a timer or grab the live wire and unplug!!! Unbelievable!!!
