Crap this clock slowed down today, 2 days after the return window closed. I used a brand-new lithium battery, tooDON'T PURCHASE THIS CLOCK !!

This worked great!!! So easy to install. I got on YouTube and watched a quick video and my clock was working immediately. Had multiple hands to choose from.

I got these specifically because of the longer shaft that goes through the hole in the clock. Frankly I had no idea there were so many things to consider when buying new works for a clock. How thick is the clock? You need to be sure the shaft of the works is long enough to fit through your clock. How big is the face? I didn't pay any attention and these hands were way too big for the face of my clock, but we modified them to work for our needs. There are several different types of hands, some come with the second hand and some do not, so pay attention if you want a second hand for all the options, this doesn't have that. It's keeping good time, and was easy enough for me to figure out how to do considering I've never worked on a clock before in my life.

Appreciate the choice of styles. Added a second hand which I didn't have before. It's totally silent so I like that I can see the second hand moving to know my battery hasn't died. This was so easy to replace and I'm glad I didn't have to buy a new clock.

Fixed my Taylor outdoor resin clock in 5 minutes. Took longer to get the old mech off than to install this new mech. Clear instructions as to assembly sequence. I liked the rubber gasket that prevents the mech from turning without over tightening the shaft nut. Selection of 4 hand styles and you can include or not the second hand. Can't say how long it will last but the original mech only lasted about 4 years.....of course that stopped after hurricane Milton so who knows...

Cheaply made product, BUT works well enough for a replacement clock mechanism. I liked having different styles of clock hands to choose from and one of them worked for my project.The "hands" were too long for my clock, but their thin metal was easily trimmed by every day scissors. The instructions say to "gently press the hands on to the center post", but I had to press fairly firmly to get them to stay on, and they were still a bit wonky, with a slight "play" in their motion. Once set, I put the clock up and it seems to keep time. Had to adjust the hour hand slightly afterwards due to the "play" (think "play" in an old car steering wheel), but again, the end result was good.If I were actually going to make clocks to sell, I'd spring for a less cheap model - you really do get what you pay for.
