This little controller is a good value for a small solar application. I'm using it for shed lighting with a 100 watt panel, small battery and using USB charging outlets when needed. It handles everything well and I've tested through winter so far with nothing but good experiences. I would suggest this for small projects, there are a lot of capabilities. Get creative!

Charge controller is easy to wire up and use. Easy to configure, however the + and - are on opposite arrows that I would have expected. Up should be + and down should be -.

Got this to use with a small solar setup.I've got two panels connected providing about 24 volts to my (2) battery bank.Works find and with the included load option, I have a 12v LED light connected to the setup so I can see if it's dark outside.Shipped and arrived quickly.

I upgraded my solar powered camp cabin to 400 watts. I got this economical charge controller to manage the extra current over my old 100 watt setup. It has been performing for weeks now without any issue. Its simple design and ease of use make it hard to pass up. If I were to need another I would definitely go with this again.

This did successfully charge my 10Ah 12V LiFePO4 batteries up to 14.3V. I am glad for that.Useful to know:After you change the battery type to LiFePO4 (setting B03), you still must manually raise the maximum voltage to 14.3. The default was 14V, which may not be enough. I was initially tripped up by this.Something curious: the down arrow button is labeled with the plus sign and it increases the settings, while the up arrow is negative and decreases the settings.
