I was worried at this price point but I'm very pleased with the quality. Size is roomy. If you need longer sides, and have a curvy horse, this is it. The leg strap placement lines up well with the SS Tack blanket liners, which I used often, so I'm happy with it.

I was skeptical about purchasing this but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Needed it fast for this current winter blast here in East Texas. It was the perfect weight and waterproofing for this cold, drizzly weather. The fit was spot on. Hardware, materials and seams were of quality craftsmanship. For this price, and a one day delivery, you can't go wrong.

A nice durable coat! The mare I'm using this on typically has blankets and sheets torn off of her within days...this has been on for 2 weeks (with breaks during the nicer parts of the days, of course) with not even a little tear! If I had to be picky, the drop could be another 2-3 inches, as, while she's chubby she's not OBESE lol, and you can see her stomach from the side. This has buckles on the chest (which I prefer for safety's sake) and clips for the leg straps, and the usual flat surcingle clasp thingies for the belly straps. This is a good, mid weight blanket for the horses that just need a little extra help to get through a cold snap,or to help keep your steeds clean so you spend less of our precious winter daylight grooming, and more time exercising :)

This turnout blanket with 200gm fill is a perfect fit for my Andalusian with high neck big shoulders. He is a 78 length. This blanket also has very good tail coverage.Arrived just in time for the arctic blast!

Pros:This is a nice blanket, runs true to size.
