This Tough1(R) Turnout Blanket is waterproof and breathable, allowing your horse to stay comfortable in many weather conditions. The adjustable Snuggit neck easily adjusts to create a custom fit. A double-sewn heavy nylon binding secures material and provides additional durability. The reinforced, double-sewn stress points offer additional reinforcement to help prevent tears, while the fleece wither helps provide protection from rubbing. Action shoulder gussets allow for freedom of movement and help to prevent shoulder rubbing. The adjustable elastic leg straps help to secure the blanket and prevent from shifting from side to side, and the tail cover provides additional protection from moisture. This blanket is so well made and nice I couldn’t believe I only paid what I did. It was worth double. I have purchased other Tough 1 products since then and they all have excellent quality and durability. I got a 72” and it fit my 14.3 hh, 900 lb Arabian perfectly. Probably the best turnout blanket I have ever had.

Bought an 81 inch for my 16 hand gelding. I love it. Adjustable shoulders and fits him just right. He's out 24/7 and it keeps him cozy and dry in the WV winters.

Been using this blanket for a couple weeks, it’s holding up well. She’s been laying down at night and it’s holding up. Chose the medium weight since we don’t get snow and we don’t get a whole lot of freezing nights. Hasn’t rained yet so I can’t remark on that. I did spray the seams with scotch guard to help out. I cut a big part of the tail flap off so it doesn’t interfere with urination. Ordered the purple, love it. As of now I would recommend purchasing it.

Great fit, love the elastic on back legs ans easy clips. Just noticed the velcro at chest with clips and added detail. Warm quilted and looks great on my 24 yr old retired barrel horse. Highly recommended, very happy with purchase and it arrived quickly.

This blanket fits great. It doesn't interfere with the movement of the shoulder and stays snug around the horses neck.
