I am a big Set It FAST setting tool fan and this 1/2" wedge anchor setting tool is the most used tool in my arsenal. It makes installing anchors overhead much easier! 10/10 would recommend to any construction professional.

After the rings break, the tool is useless. I used my hammer more than this tool driving 25 1/2" anchors on the machine I was installing. waste of money, and space.

Whether you have a lot of wedge anchors to install or just a few, the 1/2" setting tool makes the job so easy. No more hammering by hand and damaging anchor threads. It is much safer and faster with the Set it Fast Tools. I can't explain how much quicker my jobs have gone by because of this tool. Definitely an efficient way to cruise through jobs when you get paid by the result not the amount of your day you spent on it.

I give it 2 stars because I was refunded my money. First time I used it the little snap ring on the sliding mechanism broke. Set it fast said I used it wrong and shouldn’t use it to set it all the way to desired depth. It barely set it in the hole, I had to finish it with my hammer. My hilti 3/8 setter has lasted years because it is solid no slider and little snap ring.

Tried to find a set tool for anchoring struts under existing pipes. This tool looks to be specifically for 1/2" anchors with a collar. From the picture it seemed like it was going to be a solid piece that had a cup at the end so you could use it for 1/2" and below. Bit annoying that I had to pay 50$ to find out
