My main impressions are that this is a good, sturdy board for bookbinding or other purposes. It does have some flexibility, but I anticipate that glueing the cover on will help make it even more secure, and the thickness is the appropriate standard for the hobby. They arrived securely packed and clean. Overall it's about what I expected from the listing!My only issue is that there appeared to be damage in the form of eight divots to the side of the stack, of whose origin I am unsure. Perhaps something from manufacturing or storage? Regardless, I'm disappointed that the affected boards will not have a perfect straight edge, though I'm sure I will be able to arrange them during assembly so that it is not noticeable (such as putting the effected edge towards the bottom or the spine). I'm happy to report that the corners of the boards appear to be undamaged at least.

I received the bookboard all wrapped in plastic together. It was so tightly wrapped, one of the corners were crushed. Other than that, all 12 pieces (6 sets) were accounted for, were thick and sturdy. I never used bookboard for book binding, but was recommended to try it at least once to see if there is a difference between a homemade one vs a designer one.Overall, I think these were very nice bookboard for book binding! There is a indeed a difference using these bookboards than using a cereal box or regular cardstock. I suggest people who are into book binding to try a designer book board too!
