Bought these to be able to put up a shelf inside of a very slim RV cabinet. Super quick and easy to use. I took a photo of the shelf... I'm pointing at the small amount of the support that is "visible" above the edge of the shelf.

I used them in my bathroom in a small crook that I was unable to get a drill into. They have been holding the shelves up nicely. Very happy with my purchase. Also a great renter friendly option.

This worked better than i expected(based on reviews). I’m glad I changed it! The fit was perfect and the sticky part was pretty tough but I added crazy glue just to make it extra sticky in the wood cabinet shelves and it worked like a charm!

They stick well to the interior walls of cabinets, assuming these are a smooth surface. Unfortunately, the positioning of the shelf support (which sticks out perpendicular to the adhesive pad) is not necessarily parallel to the bottom or top of the adhesive pad that you stick to the wall. That means that whatever marks you might have made -- intending to align the pad to said marks to make the shelf supports level -- are useless. You must rely on very steady hands and impeccable ability to "eyeball it". Even then you might still wind up with a crooked or wobbling shelf, due to misaligned supports.
