The ZIGPEO 6 AWG Silicone Wire is an exceptional product that stands out for its quality and versatility! This wire set has been a game-changer for my electrical projects, providing both reliability and flexibility. The silicone insulation on these wires is top-notch—flexible and durable, making them easy to handle and route in tight spaces. The 6 AWG gauge ensures excellent conductivity and is perfect for high-current applications, giving me confidence in the performance and safety of my setups. The color-coding with the red and black wires is incredibly useful for maintaining clarity in my connections. The 3-foot lengths of each color are ideal for a variety of applications, offering the right amount of slack for most projects.Overall, the build quality is superb, and the wires perform exceptionally well. If you’re in need of high-quality silicone wire that combines flexibility with reliability, the ZIGPEO 6 AWG Silicone Wire set is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

I read the review about soldering and was initially concerned if it was actually tinned copper. I ended up testing with the 10 awg and 14 awg wires, and the tests show that it is infact tinned copper as listed. A resistance test of the 14 awg wire at 160 ft showed copper (~2.5ohm/1000ft). A burn test of the 10 awg showed slight green flame, thr burned wire showed copper coloring, the post burned stands showed clear copper pilling and remained intact and flexible - as expected). Also, yiu can see copper coloration when cut from the top, but not the sides - consistent with ultra fine stranding. Didn't test soldering, but pretty confident that it's tinned copper now.Very flexible and easy to work with if you pre-crimp with ferrules where needed (due to fine stranding).

Soldering will not metl the insulation but it is super easy to srtip. Super flexible with many extremely small strands. I have thrown out thousands of feet of my old PVC and rubber insulated wire and gone almost totally to silicon wire. And the price difference is trivial.

I got this for fixing my car's wiring. It works fine but the wires are super fine, almost like hair. It probably actually helps with conductivity bit it takes some getting used to, especially with crimp fittings.

Used this wire for my head unit and backup camera wiring. Very good insulation. Wires are super fine so it bends easily but does make it slightly a pain to crimp or twist, but that's not a problem with the wire just a fact of how fine wires work. This is a good product. 18ga is perfect for a radio wire harness, I would avoid going smaller. If you need to transmit more power to speakers or a light kit I would size up to thicker wire.
