Yes. These are indeed worms. Amazon suggests I talk about their size and appearance. So here I go. They are indeed large and do in fact look like worms. So, just as advertised, it is a cup of live worms. Came quickly and well packaged. Enjoy lol. Geckos said they were delish. Big much. Large crunch.
