I couldn’t stand going to my office another day, so I turned my office into a greenhouse. True story. My office is in my backyard. I wanted micro greens, so I paid forty bucks for a tray, two hemp mats and some seeds. I loved the micro greens I got, but I thought I paid too much money to grow them. That’s when I found these fabulous trays. I bought a dozen hemp mats and a two-pound bag of seeds, which is enough seeds to last me till I get bored of micro greens.I put one hemp mat in one tray, soaked the hemp mat, covered it evenly with seeds, and covered the seeds with another tray, as a germinating dome. Then I put the whole thing under the grow lights in my greenhouse. I’m going to do the same thing with all the trays — so I’ll have 5 germinating enclosures — and by the end of the week, my office will look like a giant chia pet.These trays are thick and strong, and will be useful to me as long as I want them to be useful. They’re not ever going to break down. And if you want to grow more than one type of micro green in one tray, just be neat about how you seed the hemp mats in rows. Also, there are 10 trays. You could grow 10 different types of micro greens at the same time. Or 5, if you use half the trays as germinating domes.
