ho avuto occasione di usare intensamente sia la pinza che la levapunti, ed entrambe fanno un OTTIMO lavoro.La pinza ha una sporgenza su un lato che consente di fare leva sul lato interno del telaio, e, senza imporre esagerata forza, tendere bene la tela! secondo me questa caratteristica è quella più importante che deve avere una pinza, senza fare leva non si riesce a fare un buon lavoro.Quindi la pinza è perfetta.L'altro attrezzo non lo avrei preso se non fosse stato in kit con la pinza, e invece si è rivelato essere fondamentale, ho recuperato dei telai da tele di scarto e senza sarebbe un lavoro ingrato.Funziona bene, e una volta presa maneggevolezza, si procede alle estrazioni dei punti metallici con velocità e senza rovinare il telaio.TOP! per entrambi

I was going to just get the stretcher but for a couple more bucks I opted to grab the remover tool as well and it makes it significantly easier to tack and move around the canvas/make slight adjustments having a dedicated tool for the removal as well.

I had not idea how improved canvas pliers are compared to the old style ones. The rubber jaws grip the canvas so well. I encourage anyone who is still using pliers with metal jaws to please try this kind.

I had never stretched a canvas and thought this would be useful. I just couldn’t get it to work properly as I was reading and seeing. I got it stretched but not as tight as I wanted. Will try again in the future.

Instead of letting your spoiled canvases stack up behind the studio door, re-cover them with fresh canvas! (No one need ever know about that five-legged horse or that cross-eyed portrait.) These tools are essential for the task. You’ll really like the ease of staple removal with the little lever provided. The pliers work very well provided your stretcher bars are big enough (otherwise, they still work well enough, though you won’t get your canvas quite so taut when you simply pull).

I used these because my other ones had no rubber grip. I ended up throwing the other ones away and using these and I’m very happy I found them. They actually stretched better Then expected made my canvases tight as a drum thumbs up

These work fine. They're too big for stretching small canvases. I wish they had a spot on them to get more leverage. They feel well made, and function fine.
