Here is the problem, this arrived and I put it in my shop until I had time, which as of today is past the return date.Problem with the vinyl is it is 90 deg on both ends which does not allow it to be inserted into the aluminum.Fight it heat , stretch it all you want, it is not made to be inserted, at least not on my Forrest River. To clarify the issue, you will experience if you buy this product, I took some photos. In one photo you will see the old molding, notice it is flat, that way it will fit into the channel, also in the pictures.Another photo will show this molding, the shinny one and the product I purchased to replace it. Look closely at the ends, this product (shinny one) is NOT flat on the ends and will NOT go into the channel. The moldings need to be squeezed, to be inserted, notice what happens when it is squeezed.Impossible to be used, a waste of $20, this is going to the landfill. And by the way the replacement installed without issues, took about an hour for both sides, I fought for 3 hours and almost fell off the ladder with this product and only got 2 feet.

These trim strips are a great replacement for our camper's outside molding trim! Much cheaper than going through the RV stores. The fit was correct and you just trim to the length you need.

It seems softer than the material I've seen at RV stores, which means it's a lot easier to wedge into rv corner molding, but I'm still not sure if that's a good thing or not
