I've been looking for a talc powder that is the finest powder I can find. I use it as a body powder as I hate cornstarch because it's too course an doesn't keep me as dry as pure talc. They claim this powder is 6.5 microns but I can't see that being possible as that equates to a MESH level I've not seen in any powder commercially available and why I bought this. It's definitely not as fine as the two powders I've used previsouly but don't like because they are both SCENTED. Why can't I find a good body talc that is super fine AND UNSCENTED?? I will use this but it's no where near as fine as the Yardley Men's Powder and BALLA men's poweder, but unfortunaly neither are available UNSCENTED. Balla used to be available UNSCENTED but it seems they can't get it anymore or want to push their scented versions. I do like how this talc powder stays on the skin longer and does work great for the gym and my calisthenics.

I might have to agree with previous reviewers… pretty sure this is Gypsum… not Talcum. Slightly gray in color. Texture and feeling is exactly the same as day handling and cutting gypsum wallboard (sheetrock). Still waaaay better than Cornstarch goo

I have shoe inserts that can cause noisy racket. This talcum powder did a wonderful job of quieting them down. I recommend this product.

Just like the baby powder I have used all my life only thing is it has no smell or scent. Not sure how to get that. But I love the stuff cornstarch is to hard on my skin and just feels yucky.

I use this instead of the chop fiber and works like a champ, thickens you resin to very workable consistency, however do not breathe the dust, not good for your lungs. Always use your respirator when using this material.

I am an artist that works with multiple mediums, and one of them is epoxy. I wanted a thickener to use in my epoxy to make 3D whipped cream and potions around the top of my epoxy tumblers. This worked brilliantly. The amount of thickener you use really varies depending on how thick you want the epoxy, and the amount of epoxy you are working with. For my smaller cup projects, this tub will last me quite a while, and I am loving the results. This thickener is the best value I have found for price, quantity, and efficacy.
