1 st time table top epoxy user. Went very will. Stirred for ten minutes to ensure well mixed. A beautiful crystal clear (like water coating). fist tried for a 1/8 inch depth coating ( fair bit of run-off though). Second piece I went for a 3/32 depth, a lot less wastage. So if you want thicker coatings then apply more layers.

I purchased this product because it is UV stabilized, and because it is Canadian. I use it to create art work - specifically resin pours. I want to avoid having it go yellow with age. Although I haven't had an art piece long enough to know if it will yellow, I like everything else about it. The instructions on the containers - one for resin and one for hardener - are detailed and accurate. I sometimes warm the containers in a tub of hot water to get it within the operating temperature. My studio is sometimes below 70 F, and the resin will pour too thick. It works as advertised!

Used for my river table bar top after pouring with the deep pour . Worked great, just follow directions, mix very thoroughly and don't scrape out the last drops from bucket, just pour out. If you scrape out the mixing pail you may get some unmixed that will not properly set.

Overall it's fine. It just seems to turn a little yellow after curing. I made sure I followed the directions and did several small batches but they all had a yellow tint to them. Not a problem if you're adding color but disappointed if you're looking for something clear.

Used it on a 14’ 2x10 clear cedar board that I made the top of my hog wire railing. Wanted something that looked cool and wouldn’t need constant staining. The two liters size was way too much for this board, but I put it on very thick and just one coat. Looks amazing and easy to apply (I’ve never used this before) I stained the cedar prior to putting on the epoxy.

I’m not the type to ever write reviews .. but this is the best resin i’ve used to date. Its CRYSTAL clear and it adds a nice thick layer to my work. I was nervous at first because the resin without the hardener seemed super thick .. but I ended up LOVING the results in the end! 10/10 would recommend and seems like the only resin i’ll be using moving forward.

I have been using Ecopoxy for months now on small projects and it is reliable, mixes well and has a long set-to-cure time. It does like 70+ degrees, and can be counted on to be workable for many hours after mixing, so be sure your project doesn't leak. Otherwise, 3 days later it is set and ready for finish sanding.

So I bought this, along with several other brands back in February to try some different speed drying, different brands, and different types of Epoxy on a couple different types of material. In the case of this specific product, I bought it because my research said EcoPoxy is a good brand, and since this item was ordered SPECIFICALLY for a project that would be out in the sun (boat cabinet door), I went ahead and paid the premium price they were asking for the product expecting the reviews I found would be accurate. After CNC'ing the part, and finally getting it exactly right I planned to epoxy coat it last night and one bottle was almost hard ... you could squeeze the bottle if you really tried but all in all useless.Add to the fact that because it's flammable you can't "Return" the product via amazon's online system which is the ONE AND ONLY reason I order almost everything via Amazon Prime items, as you don't have risk and can easily return when the product is junk, or the product isn't as described, or the product (like in this case) is completely useless. So now what I have is essentially $100 in a bottle full of useless, dried up epoxy and have NO WAY to return it without trying to go through the phone call maze (which by the time you are done will take hours and cost far more than the $100 in time ...that you might get back). To clarify the storage environment, I have a completely Heated and Air Conditioned Garage Workshop, with all of my materials stored in metal fireproof cabinets, and that is exactly where it has been stored, along side the other 5 brands/types of epoxy I bought at the same time ... and ALL OF WHICH (Other than this junk), is still perfectly good.Sincerely disappointing that something so obvious (literally squeezing the bottle made it obvious before I even opened the cap and removed the airtight peal off seal), and so expensive ... is now both useless and there is no way to get back my money or a replacement product because of this "flammable" no-returns policy that you don't find out about until you try and click the return/refund button. All the 3M products I purchased worked great, so I guess I'll be trashing Ecopoxy as one of my customer project epoxy's and just going with 3M From now on.

I'm using this to coat jewelry made from eggshells. It works very well - there has been a learning curve for the mixing amounts and process as I'm using very small portions. The only issue I've experienced is that I usually need to warm up Part A (this issue was included in the packaging). But there is no odor (at least nothing I could detect). And the finish is very hard which provides great protection for the jewelry.

The epoxy, mixed well. Instructions good. Rolled one coat on my outdoor front concrete steps. Haven’t been able to get the second coat with anti slip particles on because MINNESOTA got too cold too fast last month. Looking forward to applying 2nd coat in the spring. I bought some metallic gray pigment and added to first coat and will add more to the epoxy for last coat. The steps look shiny and are a little slick for winter. Make sure you use anti slip to epoxy. All epoxy is expensive but I think repairing and sealing my steps from salt damage has been accomplished.
