Broke off the same tab as the one im trying to replace. Absolute junk. Couldn’t be more frustrated barely interested in getting a replacement, looking into better company so as to hopefully not waste my time money and effort again.

The Rollease shades are great, but the clutches and pull chains appear to break often.

Just what I needed - saved a lot of money not having to replace the blind. Before ordering make sure you know exactly which one you need- with clutch, without clutch and the strength.

This product broke after 3 month of daily use. So disappointed. No kids was playing on it. Nothing crazy. But the pins on the side broke off. I am going to reorder the part because I need it. We will see if this new part last longer.
