Unfortunately, a squirrel likes to bite into my screened porch during the winter season and these self-adhesive patches are so easy to use. I was not sure if they would adhere to the screen in the middle of winter and freezing temperatures but they never slipped off and are still on today--several weeks later. I like these patches so much better as I did not have to drag out my hair dryer for the patches to adhere and activate the stickiness. They are ready to go, are durable and gave me peace of mind of preventing the squirrel from ripping up other items placed in cold storage.

Did the job but the adhesive wasn't as strong as I would have preferred. Make sure screen that is being repaired is very dry, even a little morning dew can impact the adhesion.

I needed to patch a hole in the screened porch screen, and this did a great job. It sticks firmly, stands up to torrential rain, and even snow (I'm in southern Alabama, I've only seen snow here three times in over 20 years). I put a piece of the tape on both sides of the hole.

My screen was damaged by workers putting up siding. This will keep it from tearing any more than it has.

Not what I hoped for. Tap is very sticky in hands and fingers (when you take off the back clear portion) but doesn’t stick well to the screens. Had to apply multiple layers as well as another stronger adhesive to lock in against the frame of the window. Basic tape for the price and will (hopefully) do the job … for now. Interested to see how this holds up under the sun.

This repair tape does not stay stuck! Found it laying on the ground two days after repair. I have used other repair tapes before, with three stripes of adhesive, that worked far better and has stayed on the screen for over a year so far. This tape is not worth your time.

I almost didn't buy this because so many people complained about the backing. So here's the truth, it works phenomenally! The glue backing is soo thick it does prevent the screen from being useful, however with a lil effort you can pull the adhesive off the area you need air flow which allows you to leave an edge to keep it secure to the patch need. The screen part is very durable and doesn't tear apart easily as usual metal screen material can.
