We needed this to drill 3 holes for a faucet through tile. Didn’t want to spend a bunch of money and read the reviews on this one. Worked perfect. 3 holes drilled so quick and easy. Can’t say how it would last if you used it daily, but it worked great for what we needed.

I was skeptical about how well this tool would cut and if the centering drill bit would start where I wanted it to. I was really surprised. I was drilling into ceramic tile. The center bit actually drilled right where I needed it and the outer diamond cutter went right thru the tile leaving a smooth round hole. I tried it wet and dry and both worked equally well. I would highly recommend this cutter.

I bought this hole saw to cut through stucco. I also bought an inexpensive hammer drill and the combination of the two made the job easy. I was really impressed with the cutting ability of the diamond hole saw and at the price it was well worth it.

Needed a hole saw to cut through a 3/4" stone. After reading one review after another, the best advise I got was "Spend a little extra money and get a good one". I did just that but this really wasn't that expensive. Arrived as promised and was packaged well, item was as described and worked exactly as it should. Very heavy duty spindle and very well designed. I used a hand drill and some slow running water, found my mark on the stone and in less than 5 minutes I had a perfect hole. If 5 minutes seems like a long time consider going slow and steady when using a hole saw.

I use 1" core bits to provide holes in ceramic and porcelain tiles for shower arms. This Hlofizi bit is suitable for that task. The bit comes with two 1/4" pilot bits for starting the core. It also comes with an allen wrench to install the pilot bits. Starting the pilot bit on tile can be somewhat challenging. It might be helpful to use a smaller ceramic bit to start a small hold to break the surface then followed by the pilot bit to begin cutting for the core. I made two sample holes in a ceramic tile as a test to see how well this core bit performed. It was fairly easy to get a clean cut on both holes. I am a bit concerned about the longevity of the diamond plating on the core bit because it doesn't appear to be that robust. I could be wrong, and it will take a number of holes to determine the durability of the diamond coating.Based on my sample cuts, I'm thinking this core bit is suitable for light duty use and will most likely last for the number of holes of this size I will be making for the next few years. With a fairly low price point I would consider this core bit a decent value.
