What it is: 1” ball (B sized) black anodized and machined double ball extension arm for RAM style device mounting devices. Features silicone gripper bands on each ball, machined lattice to reduce weight, and an overall length of nearly 6”.Why I like it: As a professional musician, I’ve discovered that these 1” ball mounts, arms, and clamps make for a lightweight, strong, and versatile system for mounting microphones, cameras, preamps, and other audio/video accessories. This arm is very light and strong, and adds length to couple mounting arms together. I’m currently using this with a clamp, 2 arms, and a microphone adapter to attach a mic to my iPad stand, and it works great. Overall, a great accessory at a cost-effective price point.
