I bought these for my emergency 1st aid kit, very durable, great for the price. The tourniquet fits in as it should. And it sits securely with the flap but allows you to access it when you need it without fumbling to get it

I needed a molle tourniquet holder for my backpack. This one works perfect and place it has multiple other options for carrying. Can't be beat for the price. Definitely recommend
