I ordered a couple of these 2-packs but only received 1-packs. Customer service then sent out another 2-pack, but again only received a single battery. Obviously, some type of disconnect between the order and warehouse workers. Customer service was very good and did make it right. As far as the product goes, they seem to be good batteries replacing 20 year old batteries in my collars.

Get a couple hours of charge off these. All that's really needed for training but it's a bit annoying to have to recharge every day. Actual dogtra supplied batteries last weeks on a charge.

This popped right into my dogtra 175NCP transmitter and was fully charged. Back in business in just minutes. Just back out the one screw under the back label and snap it open. Used a small plastic tool to slowly separate the old battery from the circuit board, pop the connector and you are done.

The battery works great. It seemed to die quickly on the first charge, but since then, I have been able to run it for days on a single charge.
