Noone is buying this as a replacement for a true wax job on their skis or board. Used during a multi-day ski trip when time wouldn't allow for breaking out the iron and tuning equipment. Did the trick. Will a true iron applied wax perform better? Yes. Will this satisfy between those waxes? Yes.

I found this wax very difficult to apply and very ineffective.

Idk what the fuss is about cold weather or spring weather skiing, but this wax worked great, sunny and cold day!

Applied this at home before hitting the slopes. Went on super easy and able to level and buff according to directions. Put it on outside in 70 degree temps, which probably helped.Definitely noticed it first time out at Breck in sunny conditions and mid teen temps. Performance fell off later in the week. Didn’t attempt to reapply while on holiday.

Just follow exactly the instructions and works very well. Easy and fast solution for waxing the cross country ski. The quantity will last the season for sure. Did a pair of skies and nearly no signs of usage on the wax stick. Highly recommend. Update: after one day at -10C powder and icy snow the ski surface looks exactly like when applied. You will fill the difference at first steps. Very good product. Used stick spray before but this one is much better.

Great video attachment helps beginners navigating the tricks of applying rub on wax. They key is to heat up your bases as best you can. The cork helps buff them out and glide even faster!

Works good. I would have given 5 stars if it would have actually come with the cork on the cap as described.

I did not use it for skis or snowboard. I have a sleigh I need to drag 3km to my cabin in the woods. It is usually packed with over a hundred pounds of supplies. I spread this wax on the bottom, buffed it with the cork top and later with a soft cloth. The sled flew effortlessly over the snowmobile trail. Very nice and no need for the inconvenience of a hot iron.

The first application was difficult. Next time I get a new stick I will shave off a thin layer on the top to allow for the good wax to get applied more readily. I have used the product in temps from 5 to 37 degrees F. There have been icy conditions and fluffy conditions. I have been happy with every ski.

Seems to work just fine. Definitely improved my gliding performance in cold temps! Now I just gotta get me one of the warm temp sticks of wax. Having to keep pushing down on the push-pop style wax is difficult to do while waxing, my fingers get tired quickly from applying the force necessary to wax. Just a slightly awkward set up, but it is convenient to have it in the little push-up style package so... kind of a zero sum game.
