Specially formulated for the demands of skiboarding, we are happy to offer our Skiboards.com High Velocity Wipe-on Wax. This is a high fluorinated, all temperature wax made for all snow conditions and the full range of riding temperatures. After 10 years of field testing with existing wipe-on waxes on the market, under a variety of riding conditions using numerous models of skiboards of different lengths and base types, we found the perfect formula to not only protect the bases of your skiboards, but provide superior glide. All skis, snowboards and skiboards need wax. This allows for proper glide and reduces friction, translated – more speed, more smooth riding and more enjoyment overall. We consider this the perfect easy-to-apply wax for skiboards and the next best thing to hot waxing. We don’t put our name on just any product, but only what we deem to be of the highest quality and this wax is no exception. We designed the container to be more compact and thus easier to stow away, while providing the same quantity of wax (50ml) as you would find in other wax brands that are in larger containers. It’s even strawberry scented! Sponge applicator included. Comes complete with instructions. Comes in self-sealing container to keep your wax fresh. Skiboards.com High Velocity Wipe-on Wax Waxing Instructions (included on the back of the container): Method 1: Apply a thin layer using applicator pad to dry, clean base. Let dry and buff smooth. Method 2: Dry and warm base with hair dryer. Apply thin layer of wax using applicator pad. Melt into base with hair dryer. Let dry and buff smooth. NOTE: Method 2 will provide better protection and also last longer than Method 1, coming closer to the protection and glide of a hot wax due to the higher wax content of this formula

It's good, fast, but it is non-flourinated and this listing says it's high fluoridated. It says non-flourinated right on the top of the tin I received.

I've put a layer of this on my board every day this season, and a few times on my mates boards aas well, and I can't say enough good things about this wax but I'll try:1-- It takes 30 seconds to put on, I do it right before leaving the car, you can do it in the cold and when its snowing or even raining2-- it lasts ALL Day, I often ride 12 hours too, from 9 am to 9pm, it might last longer but I still put a fresh rub on every day3-- My tiny can is not even half gone and I have applied to someones board over 30 times this season (I ride alot)4-- My girlfriend is a good rider but she told me not to put it on her board anymore because it makes her go TOO FAST5-- I can reach 70mph with this wax on my board and have the ultimate control and excellent time6-- I have not hotwaxed my boards since last season, because I'm lazy and this actually seems to work better.7-- if you can keep you speed up this wax will allow you fly i'd say about 240% farther with the same amount of speed entering a long flat section8-- I love this wax so much I had to see if this company had a ticker and I could buy stock in them lol, not even jokingbuy this wax, be the rocket

Works good in a narrow range of conditions. My other run on wax has a wider range of conditions that it works in.

This is great wax. We used it on our sleds and snowboards before we took them down sand dunes. The wax was easy to work with.

Works as expected. Happy with the way it goes on and the performance achieved on a couple of xc ski tours. Have not tried applying with a hair dryer for a better penetration. I have only used a buffing pad so far.

I used this wax after the snow warmed up in the spring and our skis started sticking to the snow. The was comes with instructions for two different methods of application prints on the can. You can basically wipe it on with the supplied sponge applicator, let it dry, and buff it off with a clean cloth, or you can warm up the skis with a hair dryer, apply the wax with the sponge, then "melt" it in with the hair dryer, let it dry, and buff it off with a clean cloth. I used the hair dryer method, as it seemed like it would provide a little longer-lasting surface. The wax seemed to last for a bout a day. This got me through the last two ski days of the season. I'll have our skis tuned up before next season. This isn't a replacement for a professional tune up, but it will get you through a few days. I used most of the contents of the tin to tune up my adult skis, and the skis of my 10 and 7 year old kids, twice each. There might be enough left to do one more round. It really is pink and strawberry scented!
