I ordered this wax and used my iron to wax several of my snowboards. The size is very generous and will last a long time. This wax worked just as good as other much more expensive ones. I'm impressed with the price and how easy it was to use. The wax has held up very well on my snowboards and I noticed that my boards were sliding very nice with this wax. You can't go wrong with this stuff. I recommend it for anyone who maintains their own ski equipment.

Works great with the ski wax iron,.purchased separately. Good size for the money.

It’s a big chunk of wax. So far works good at temperatures of single digits to mid 20’s. Should last me a long while.

Ah, the smell of melting ski wax. It takes me back to when I worked in the ski shop. I must have hot waxed hundreds of pairs of skiis! Now it's just my and my family's skiis and I wax my skiis after every ski day.For snow temperatures below freezing, this wax works well. And, at 1.3 lbs, it should last you quite a while.

This wax is a great option for those looking to do at home repairs or tune ups. It should last a season or two with medium to light use. To tune my skis I only used a small corner of the wax. The blue color is cool but it does dry on the ski clear. The chunks can be used to break apart the wax into more useable small bricks.Overall, great product and would highly recommend.

I used this to wax my skis a couple weeks back. I've skied them three days since, and they glide nice. I'll probably wax them again before my next trip, though the bases don't look dry.As mentioned in the headline, I wish the wax came with snow temp guidance. I know for SWIX and other name brands, the colors typically align (and I'll assume this does too), but it would be nice to know for sure. On the other hand, I'd rather use the wrong wax than no wax at all.Item Reviewed:1.3 LB Large Snowboard Wax Universal Ski Wax Snow Block Wax, 7 x 3.5 in Snowboard and Ski Wax for Protecting The Ski and Snowboard Accessories (Red)1.3 LB Large Snowboard Wax Universal Ski Wax Snow Block Wax, 7 x 3.5 in Snowboard and Ski Wax for Protecting The Ski and Snowboard Accessories (Red)

As a professional ski instructor I wax my skis myself probably every four outings. I broke up the entire large slab of wax to make it more manageable. This will last at least the entire season. It's not clear what temperature range this is best for, but any wax is already at least a 95 percent optimum waxing solution!
