NOT the best NVR and Cameras system! 1st NVR + 8 cameras worked good for 1 week, then the 4 Outdoor mounted cameras would have intermitent Video Loss at dusk/dark all day long. I even tried A/C Power + Cat 5 cords on those cameras and still had the same problems. Then all the cameras would go Out often! I emailed ZOSI Customer Service and got the Rudess Responses! They told me to do/check simple stuff that I already checked. On February 10, I requested to return it but was a few days past my return date. They made a special return for me.Feb 11, I bought another of the same NVR to try it a second time. Now This unit has the same problem but not as often. I emailed ZOSI and now they want me to Update/Upgrade my system from a 2.08 to 2.10. But all the reviews says the 2.10 Update has Major issues and Freezes/Black screen the NVR unit. Now I'm at a rock/hard place.....It took 2 days to mount, run cords, setup this darn system. Now I'm pizzed if I have to remove it all and return it!

I had a break in at work. I replayed the videos and gave them to the police. The 4K recording I could zoom in on faces even the shoe type. The police used the footage to press charges on two guys, Love my cameras and the phone app is great.Only con is my first system the cameras wet out. I’m in the desert sun and it gets hot maybe fried the cameras??But I bought a second system 2 years later and replaced the dvr and 1/2 the camerasStill I would buy another in two years
