Customer support is hard to get in touch with. Hard to stop getting alerts for bugs and random stuff. But they still work. Had them for almost 2 years

Reolink products are the worse. Cameras stop working for no apparent reason and there is no replacement

BUYER BEWARE! If you want a self-contained camera system that allows you to talk to as well as listen to whoever is outside your home, Reolink might seem like a good choice. They advertise two-way audio on many of their cameras, BUT you CAN'T USE the talk feature unless you control the system with a smart phone or a computer. They don't include a microphone, or even a plug for an add-on microphone, when they sell you a "brain" (NVR) for your cameras. They did point out, however, that I can utilize all the features I've already paid for in their cameras if I upgrade to a 36-channel NVR instead of the 16-channel one that I ordered. Even if I needed 36 cameras I'd still have to buy the memory (not included with this NVR) and power supplies (not included with this NVR) for the cameras I do need, plus a microphone (not included with this NVR or even available through Reolink) and a speaker (not included with this NVR or even available through Reolink). What a mess.If you don't care who has access to your security data (Reolink is a Chinese company) and don't mind these ridiculous limitations then Reolink might still be for you. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

We really do love our home security cameras. The video quality is great! The voice recording is excellent. I gave it a 4 star or two reasons.1- the scroll feature to whole a hour segment only allows advance in seconds. BUT, You can easily watch events, specks, cars, people and pets via playback then go back to the time block and watch more footage as needed....Camera software pick up a ton of events so easy to watch more footage of events!!!! It really is very user friendly!!!! The IR camera and lights at night are great.Love being able to check in when we are our of town. Alarm is loud and you can talk and it's clear from speaker.Install was easy (not getting into our attic to run cables) plug and play.2- The DVR fan is a little loud. We ran cables down into our utility closer and mounted on shelf and it's quiet now.... just make sure there is air circulation to keep it cool.Great camera and product! Don't forget, you have to by cable and connectors.... it wasn't really clear or I missed that it wasn't included. We bought the pass thru cat-6 RJ45 connectors, made intall go faster!We love the cameras!

This is the 3rd Reolink system I have installed over the past 3 years. 1 for my Daughters home, 1 for our rental properties and finally this one for our home. This system is the most advanced. The 2 way audio is great, the spotlights help see better at night and also lights your path in the dark when Needed. The daytime video is great and the night vision is good. I thought the people and pet detection would filter out all the false notifications but still get notifications with rain and snow, that was a disappointment. Other than that, it is a great system for the money and great build quality. I am satisfied with Reolink.

I had a swann system (ip poe) before this and had nothing but trouble from it from the beginning. When I first installed this system I had a few cameras loose video (camera video loss) and had to contact tech support. There is no phone number to call them on but they will call you back at a pre-arranged time which was very helpful. The tech said there was a new firmware for the cameras that had not been released yet hand thought it would fix the issue. For the most part it has. I've only seen 2 video loss on the system in the last 3 weeks.The clarity and resolution on this system is next to none I have ever owned. I have had lots of system in the last 15 years. MAKE sure you get the RLC-811A cameras- they are vari-focal and if your dealing with distances, like I am on a farm, the ability to zoom in mechanically as well as digitally provides an amazing range of clear detail.I think all systems have some little idiosyncrasies but this system impresses me. It takes some effort and time to dial in the motion sensor adjustments. I wish there were better tutorials available for setup. That is definitely a challenge., There is a forum but it was not helpful for me. Over all- I'd buy this system again. I don't review much here - and i am not paid to do this. I think it might be helpful to someone tho.
