Unfortunately it began to lose air after a handful of light uses, leaving me on the ground after a few hours. When it actually functioned, it was very comfortable. I can’t recommend this sleeping pad because at the current failure rate, it’s a disposable item rather than a reliable piece of gear.

Excellent. Got this for a chair that turns into a lounger. I had surgery with pelvis issues. Nothing seemed comfortable to lay on. This not only fits the lounger perfectly, it also is the perfect for my camping sleeping cot. It will work on anything you would lay down on I would think because its perfect under the body, even if smaller for a bigger bed, you could sleep on it for those wondering on that.Anyway, it is thick. The beauty of it is that not only really comfortable, making a huge difference; but is so easy to inflate. Nothing to blow up. It has an auto pump made into it. it also has dark un-noticable snaps on edges incase you have more than one, which can be snapped together to make them wider to double or triple its size.I give it a big thumbs up.

I run local county 4H chapter's Camping Club. I own and use a lot of camping pads year round and in every different type of camping application. This is my honest assessment of this pad I ordered on flash saleI got shipment of this pad a week ago and just opened it today. I am supremely impressed with the material quality, function of the integrated foot pump and the comfort - especially sleeping on my side. I actually fell asleep on it and just woke up. Its heavy for an inflatable pad, but close to being on-par with a self-inflating pad. The pump is a foot sized internal baffle area filled with a quick compressing, quick expanding foam and a pair of flap valves. about 30 steps gets it to the perfect pressure and you cannot overinflate it. The internal pressure stops the pump from working at the perfect pressure no matter how hard you try to pump it after that. The material is similar to the PVC of an intex air mattress, but reinforced with structural fibers that give it a more matte feel and eliminate the pressure loss from the material stretching. After sleeping on it for half the night i got off and felt the pressure and noticed no difference from when I originally inflated it. The thickness is good for keeping off cold ground in the winter but can be used year round. Its even got snaps on the sides to join multiple pads into one larger one.Ill always have a place for my ultralight air pads and high R-value Thermorest pads for backpacking in the summer and winter, but for less-than-extreme winter camping and side sleeping comfort year-round this pad is hard to beat and its a fraction of the price of the next cheapest pad ive ever bought

This will be my 3rd or 4th one I've bought so far, the price is just that good compared to other pads at this level. I have slept on them for weeks on end at home and on bike tours and so far have yet to pop one, though I"m very careful. They will puncture if you're not careful but with some preventative measures you can rest with peace in mind that you won't wake up sleeping on the floor. I always use an under and over blanket and cover the top with a sheet tied prison style, for a lack of a better description.I'm strictly a side sleeper and mainly bought this for the extra width, which is more than enough for someone under 200 lbs. I sleep very well and have no back issues when I wake.I have had the valve start leaking after 30-50 uses, blowing up and packing it down on the bike tour, it seems the valve isn't a perfect design if it gets continuous use. The pads I used that I didn't pack every day have not had this issue, it stays full with no leak or air seepage. Not the lightest or the smallest for camping but I don't care, I wanted a thick mat and this does the trick.

I recently purchased the Extra Thickness Inflatable Sleeping Pad with Built-in Pump for a camping trip, and here are my thoughts after using it for a night.Comfort:This sleeping pad is exceptionally comfortable. The extra thickness provides great cushioning, making it feel almost like a real mattress. It does a fantastic job of insulating from the cold ground and provides ample support, which significantly improves sleep quality outdoors.Inflation and Deflation:The built-in pump is a convenient feature. It allows for easy and quick inflation without the need for an external pump. However, the deflation process can be a bit cumbersome, requiring some effort to get all the air out and roll it up tightly for packing.Portability:While the comfort level is high, the pad is quite heavy and bulky when packed. This extra weight can be a drawback for backpackers or those looking to minimize their load. It's more suited for car camping or short hikes where the weight isn't as much of an issue.Durability:The materials used feel durable and robust. The pad shows no signs of wear and tear after several uses. The seams are well-constructed, and the fabric feels sturdy enough to withstand rough outdoor conditions.Value for Money:The pad offers excellent comfort and durability, but its weight and bulkiness might be a dealbreaker for some. If portability is a priority, this may not be the best choice. However, for those who prioritize comfort over weight, it provides good value.Overall:The Extra Thickness Inflatable Sleeping Pad with Built-in Pump is a mixed bag. Its exceptional comfort and easy inflation are major advantages, but its heaviness and bulkiness are significant drawbacks.

Mattress usually stays inflated throughout the night. Important to note that deflation during the night is generally caused by elasticity of the fabric and change of air temperature: air expands when warm; air contracts when cool. If you have issues, you can place an eggshell foam matt (like a yoga matt) underneath this inflatable mattress and it will solve the problem. If that fails, light a campfire next to your bed and keep it going throughout the night. Overall, it rarely deflates unless under above specified conditions and it can be controlled under above stated conditions. This is by far the most if not only important factor with an inflatable mattress and this one holds up pretty well. Good quality for the money.

This mat changed my life.Sounds like hyperbole, right? It's not. I have a severe spinal injury, which obviously effects my ability to camp, & I recently bought this based on the excellent reviews + the thicker measurements than most hiking mats, for me to use on the skinnier stretcher in my smaller tent (that I have for bad weather times).A fortnight ago, I took it on a sudden, emergency, very long 10+ hour each way roadtrip, as a safety net in case the hotel beds were too hard. However, it was long before that, I got in such a bad way after a few bad bumps in the road less than 3 hours in that, along with my pain relief, I opted to get the mat out & inflate it to pad the car-seat.Dear reader, my whole life changed. It was so thick + wide (but also flexible, because of the chambers being narrow + horizontal, so it folded onto the seat easily) that it cushioned me perfectly from the road - not only bumps, but large potholes, unexpected speed humps, sudden stops; the absolute lot. It was like having my own private suspension system, as I was cushioned on an extra layer of air for the rest of the journey.By the end of the trip each way, I was actually in better shape than my companion, who has no significant injuries. Not only is it comfier to sleep on than I had expected, but it made such a difference to how comfortable car travel is for me that I may never leave home without it again for any drive that isn't in a taxi. The first time I settled my agonised body back into it, my head actually went slightly light from the relief, just immediately, before my friend even started the car. It was incredible. Unprecedented comfort, for someone in spinal + sacral pain.I can't believe how little money something that has had such an effect on my life cost me. I am planning to buy another, just to keep in reserve against the day when this one inevitably becomes damaged (though, to its credit, the fabric is thicker + tougher than I had expected). Its only weakness is that the in-built footpump is a bit useless, but by using the non-return valve the old-fashioned way, the thing can be blown up by mouth in under a minute.I seriously considered sending the seller flowers. If you have a bad back, this is the camping mattress + the car-seat pad for you.If you don't have a bad back, then you'll be in absolute Heaven.Buy it, try it, thank me later.
