I bought two of these for my 40gal reptile enclosure so I can make sure there's a warm side and a cool side. One on the cool side seems accurate at 69 degrees, but on the warm side it reads anywhere from 90- 158 degrees F! Yes, 158 F! I would guess it's not likely above 90 on the warm side. The humidity measurements seem accurate. Bummed that this isn't working out as I had hoped.

A great combo read for the health of our lizard terrarium. Seems to be fairly accurate but even if it's not exactly on it gives a pretty good reading when you compare day to day. Section cups have not fallen off yet and they've been on the terrarium side for more than 2 months I think they're going to be just fine long-term. Stays up out of the way from the glass sides and even if the lizard could get to it doesn't seem to be any hazard to them.

Should've just went with digital. Hygrometer is useless reading around 10% less than actual humidity. Checked with two digital gauges. Useless.

this is prefect for small enclosures and as far as I can tell it works great. I can keep track of the temperature and humidity.
