I've got a whole house full of older Anderson windows. One in particular was missing part of the sash lock. I got this even though I wasn't sure it was an exact fit. As it turns out it was a wee bit larger than the old part but the holes lined up exactly. About a two minute job to swap it out and it works great. Super fit and finish. They said it should fit all older windows and in this case they were right.

Mixed reviews on this. The white is nice, but the paint comes off as soon as you close the latch and the parts scrape against each other. The sash gets an A+ because it's made entirely of metal, as opposed to hard plastic, like the window sash I needed to replace after having snapped in half. I had high hopes that the metal would make it more durable, which it did, however the part of the latch that swiveled became loose as soon as I locked the sash and pressure was applied. It's golding now, but I'm very nervous the latch is going to come apart from where it connects at the base at some point.

seems as good as the original Andersen lock that came with the window in 1992. Fits perfectly as a replacement.

This sash lock and keeper fit my Andersen windows like a glove, matching both the style and stone color perfectly. Installation was straightforward, and the locking mechanism feels sturdy and secure. Five stars for a hassle-free upgrade that looks and works just like the original!

These fit on my Anderson Narroline 100 series double hung windows from the 1980s and 2000s. These locks are longer and taller, yet with the same depth and screw hole placement, so were easy to swap out. Because these locks are taller, I had to replace the keeper even though it was not broken, because the original is too low for the new lock. These are made of thick, solid metal like the originals. This stone color is painted on rather heavily with a high-gloss paint just like the white locks. My originals have a thinner, vanish-like stone finish, but these blend in fine. The first time I turned the lock, the paint stripped right off the top of it and the keeper where they rub. But it operates more smoothly with the paint gone there. The metal underneath is silver. The only thing negative about these locks is the price. Since Andersen connivingly slanted the outside sash where the keeper sits, no generic lock works on these windows, therefore a premium for OEM-design locks is bestowed upon us. It’s a very poor value for a small piece of hardware, indeed. I hope no more locks break in my house.
