I returned 2 or 3 before this one.It fits perfect and i can use it at low 30-s with a wool base layer.Only small drawback - when you use it partially unzipped, diagonal zipper leaves a huge flap on a left side. I just fold it inside.

I am 6 ft..43.5 inch chest and 200lbs. I purchased the XXL so there's plenty of room for layering. Rode comfortably in the 50s...imam always cold..the average cyclist can wear this to much cooler temps. It has 1/2" of material underneath the zipper to stop air from penetrating through the zipper.

I rode under 50 F degree for several hours with this jacket and it was warm enough to keep my body temperature steady. Even though I only worn two layers include this jacket, it was warm enough. outside is made of softshell fabric and inside is made of Fabric Fleece. Black color part is made of thin stretchable fabric and red color part has two layers (softshell + fleece). I like the Reflective on the front and back for night riding. I always have hard time to find the right fit of cloth since my shoulder is bit wider than normal people and waist is much smaller than others. Shoulder wasn't tight but there some space left on the bottom side of the jacket. I wish they could make it narrower bottom like a woman size. overall very reasonably priced riding jacket

I've taken this in two rides, at 64°F and 54°F. Both times with a light weight athletic shirt underneath. This thing is a sweat monster. The material along the underside of the arms up to the pits and down the sides is breathable and let's in airflow. However, everywhere else traps moisture and sweat builds up.Being able to unzip the collar on the side is nice as it let's air in but blocks wind on the front of the neck. The pocket, which fit my mid-size phone, let's a little air in if left open. The best airflow came from unzipping the bottom zipper, which is a nice feature. This all gave me some airflow, but it was cold air going in to evaporate my sweat, which was chilly, versus letting heat and moisture out. This jacket does have some nice feature. It blocks the wind, is warm and comfortable. It fits well and the length is great, especially the rail. I like the bright green yellow color, it a good defense from getting run over. And the black accents are a good style. The double zipper is great, as is the side neck zipper, and the height of the collar. The front chest pocket is a bonus. If you are a lean forward performance athlete, probably not the best jacket due to the moisture issue. However, if you are a casual rider that needs some wind blocking and warmth this is a great jacket. Especially for the price point.Overall a decent bike shell.

This jacket is well made, from apparently high quality materials. The sleeves are long, which means that you can warm the back of your hands. The fit is a little unfamiliar compared to a regular jacket, but it works well.

The fit is almost perfect for me (size medium - I'm 5'9", 150 lbs). the sleeves are a touch long and I take 33" sleeves on a dress shirt. But this is no problem for a winter cycling jersey as I simply tuck the sleeves into my gloves. The jersey is not very breathable, which is a plus and a minus. It's fine for colder days where the temperature is fairly stable over your ride, but not so good if the temperature goes up during your ride. I have ridden in mid 40s for 3 hours with just a very light sleeveless base layer and it was fine. I've also ridden it in the high 30s with a long sleeve base layer for up to 3 hours and it was fine too, but I suspect that that's as cold as it'll go. For the price it's a very good piece!

So I was shopping for a windproof jersey/jacket that I intended to use in the 40-50 F (4-10 C) range. Before plopping down a couple hundred dollars for the known brands, I thought I'd give this one a try since the price was comparatively favorable. Short story: It far exceeded my expectations.First of all, the fit. I am 6' 153 lbs and purchased the medium, which fits perfectly. It was 44 degrees this morning, so I wore a t-shirt and a lighter base layer under it, and I was unzipping to vent a bit of the warmth within 2 miles of starting. It kept me nicely warm and comfortable throughout my ride with no noticeable retention of perspiration. I'm thinking the comfort range of this jersey will allow for comfort down to the freezing mark, and maybe even a bit lower. I'm also not sure I would use it much above 45 degrees since it might be a little too warm. The only thing I've noticed is that although it is sufficient, the zipper doesn't seem to be as high a quality as you might find on more expensive gear. Other than that, this thing is a winner.

Three rear pockets. A double zipper. Breathable paneling. It has the features you want in a cycling jacket for hard winter rides. I am currently a solid 44 but the L fit me like a cycling jacket and the XL fit me like a street jacket. I kept the L.The breathable panel and double zip let me regulate the warmth during the ride so I did not over heat. I tested it in the high 30's with a single thin poly-pro layer underneath. I am sure it will work at colder temperature with layering.

I will agree with a few reviews that the zipper is a bit cumbersome but I just went out in 40 degree weather with a cotton, short sleeved t-shirt under a Under Armor short sleeve shirt and this jacket on...and when I got home, both undershirts were soaking wet with sweat. In other words, this jacket kept me too warm and next time I won’t layer anything underneath it. It is an awesome jacket...plus it’s awesome looking and fit me to a tee (I bought a Medium and I’m 5’11 and 180 lbs). I HIGHLY recommend it! FYI - if you do get warm, just unzip a few inches down your neck and you’ll get some air. I don’t know if the whole zipper to the side of your neck is a European thing but I wish all my heavy jackets were like it as it pushes the cold air to the side of your head. Brilliant! BTW - does anyone know the best type of shirt to wear underneath? The reason I ask is because I just got back from a ride in 40 degree weather and I wore an insulated, Under Armor type long sleeve shirt and when I got back it was soaked wet... which made the inside of the jacket wet and I definitely felt the breeze from it being wet. Any idea what the best type of under shirt should be worn with it?
