This carpet shampoo is of great value, but the cleaning power is not the best. Good for everyday traffic, some spills, certain pet stains.

I am happy with this purchase. My carpet was not heavily stained but it did clean it. It has a pleasant scent.

I bought the premium because they raised the price of the regular just as high as the premium , the pet shampoo made everyone sneez and this crap is even worse. Every customer has complained and I am forced to go back to the regular and have not heard back at all from the company. Very unprofessional. I may look to other companies now

I have always been a fan of Zep products, but this cleaner was a disappointment. I used it with my carpet machine in my living room and dining room. I noticed the water was not very dirty. So, I went over the areas again. Still, the water was not very dirty. I decided to go over the areas with Bissell Oxy + Refresh and couldn't believe how dirty the water was especially since I had done it twice with the Zep. Would not recommend this product at all.

Use, and continue to use on high traffic short nap hallway carpets at our retirement apartments. Use a bit less than directed to keep foaming to a minimum. Pleasant smell. Applied using Bissell BG10 machine.
