Purchased this for my Hoover carpet cleaner and it has worked well. We have used it for cleaning an entire room as well as for spot cleaning spills, etc. The bottle has lasted a long time and the formulation doesn't overly foam or leave any undesirable odor, etc.

I have 2 dogs ,so I shampoo my rugs a few times a year. It smells good and works great in my Hoover rug cleaner. I really notice a big difference in the cleanliness and brightness of my rugs.

I’ve been using Hoover Carpet Cleaner Solution for almost 2 years now, and I refuse to try anything else! It works wonders on our carpets, doormats, area rugs, car carpets, and couches! Besides cleansing well, this cleaning solution smells amazing, similar to a spa.The cleaner solution will last awhile. Our home is a little under 5,000 SF with about 1/2 of the home being carpeted, and I use approximately 1 full bottle (64 oz.) of cleaning solution throughout the year.Having 5 cats, a husband stomping through the house with greasy, dirty work books, and a daughter that is constantly spilling juice everywhere, this carpet cleaner solution has put my mind at ease!!

I had to clean up a spill with my Hoover Clean Slate and it worked perfectly. The stain is gone and cleaned up after only one cleaning. It really pulled the dirt out of the carpet. Great product.

What I like about this product is that it is 100% effective. Somehow I let it sit around for the better part of the year because I thought it had a shampoo texture when in fact, it has a very thin, watery texture. This does not at all diminish its efficacy. I whipped it out to try to remove a set in grape juice stain that remained after I had my carpet, professionally steam cleaned. I was so disappointed after the professional cleaning, because not only was the carpet still filthy. Some of the stains remained to my astonishment… I poured some of this product directly on the stain and immediately lifted the stain with a paper towel. I use bounty I think it’s the best it is so absorbent anyways after that went so amazingly well I decided to try to see if it would lift some dirt too. The problem that we have been having is that dirt had accumulated on the edges of our pale area carpet because the edges are hard to vacuum and shampoo. Along the edges, I pour the solution directly on the dirt, waited a couple of seconds, and then lifted the dirt with bounty my carpet. I’m so sorry I did not make a video but you can physically see the dirt that has been lifted on the bounty, so I pretty much repeated this procedure until there was no more dirt showing up on my paper towel. My husband was upset that I went through about six rolls of bounty. But as I pointed out the cost for six rolls of paper towels is so much less than the hundreds of dollars that we spent on the professional carpet cleaning. I should also add that the carpet edges especially were really dirty. Are used a different shampoo a regular shampoo from Hoover and bought a carpet cleaner from Hoover and that did not clean this carpet. Then came Covid. Then we got the professional steam cleaning then I discovered this fantastic product. So far it has removed Concorde grape juice, stains that had been set in, Crayola “washable” marker and deep set dirt all along the edges. I’m re-purchasing and I’m going to use it in my Hoover steam cleaner. Hopefully that will work as well as lifting the stains manually with paper towels. I don’t see how anyone could be disappointed with this product. It’s practically magic.
