Revised review - I initially was frustrated during assembly because it seemed like the pieces were constantly popping out of place whenever I lined up a new one. But upon completing the entire structure, a little shove on every joint got everything lined up. By using two units, I was able to build a very large structure - currently housing four 3 month old foster kittens in need of TLC and socialization and will definitely also use this for moms with kittens too. Having multiple levels lets kittens get their energy out while they are still contained so I know where they are.A couple minor drawbacks: the clips to hold the doors closed are very annoying to use and don't secure the doors super firmly shut - I'm replacing those. It's quite noisy when four active kittens jumping around in it. The floor panels do not line up completely flush so my kittens are definitely spilling a lot of litter and water onto the floor underneath the cage which I will be cleaning up later. And finally, the assembly takes quite a lot of effort and relies on zip ties for extra stability, so this is not something you can put up and take down - once you set it up, you're going to be keeping it up forever.Lastly - it would be really nice if the seller offered the ability to buy extras of certain parts. With two sets I had plenty of regular panels and connectors, but I was short on floor panels, door panels, and the "skylight" panels. I would love to be able to order more of those individually.

What I liked: This item comes with many spare parts ( clips, connectors, zip ties etc). You can create one large door ( 3 panels) or separate doors. There is also an access panel you can use in different locations.Seems to be of decent quality . Although put together, I have not used this item yet as I am waiting for my kitten to arrive in a week or so.The item is relatively easy to put together once you figure out how to place the connectors for the panels. Watch the short how to video on the Amazon listing or go on you tube and plug in how to build this unit as they are more informative than the small booklet of directions. The not so good:There are more parts and pieces to assemble than I expected. The item is also too narrow to place a standard width litter box ( 15 inches+) as the panels are approx. 13.5 inches wide. I had to purchase a different ( smaller size) litter box to fit. I do not know if the ladders supplied will be useful or not as I do not have my kitten yet to ser how he will interact with using/not using them. I also can not speak to the durability of the unit because it has not been used yet. After building this unit and trying to visualize my future kitten using it, I would probably have bought a wider unit as the item is smaller than what the pictures portray. As a result, I'm not sure of this items usefulness as the kitten grows up.
