I've compared a few brackets and so far this one is the highest quality.Smooth finish and nicely rounded welding on the traingular bracket enforcement. The thumb nuts swirl around the bolts with ease and are easy to fasten, even as you tighten them up at the end.In contrast, this is where other products fail: the nut friction against the plate is too high so when you try to tighten them, you hurt your thumbs.I only wish they would offer this in white! Sadly I am going to have to return this product and settle with a lower quality one that is available in white :-(

Worked exactly as expected. They're well built and I'm sure they're going to last a while. My only warning is to take extra caution to not drop the nuts/bolts from a 4th floor balcony into the bushes below.

I didn't want to put screws in my new deck and I purchased 4 or 5 different types that hang of the top railing and none of them worked. Then I found these. They are very sturdy, attach to the spindles and can be mounted and adjusted to fit any size flower box. I had them installed and my flower boxes up in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend these mounts!

The planter we had sloped some. There are other solutions to level it, but my wife wanted it to look great. This did the trick. I recommend it, sturdy, and simple.

Looked forever for product to accomodate railings on the balcony of our fourth floor condo. Everything was too wide or too narrow for the metal railings. Plastic ties attached to railing, however not strong enough to handle weight with plants and soil.This product, although more expensive, works just as described. Extremely easy to install, handles weight of contents, and keeps baskets secure during all types of weather (even when strong winds and rain come thru). Comply with condo HOA resrictions, so neighbors don't even notice.Material and construction appears to be top of the line, so I expect to have these for many years.

My wife bought some baskets for our front "stoop" but the brackets are for a deck railing and don' t work for old metal hand rails (which are very common in older houses). These worked. Bolt onto the uprights and fasten with wing nuts. Took only a few minutes to install. You'd think I knew what I was doing.
