I love these refills, The pens they go in are my favorite pens I have ever written with. So I always just order more refills instead of buying more pens. Cant beat the price for these. You wont regret it.

I can not find the refill in the store anymore. I love my Zebra gel pen. This is the only place I can find them.

This is the 3rd or 4th purchase of this specific pen. My wife does a lot of hand-written journaling. She likes this pen and the refills that are available. Local chain-office stores and other 'stationery' places rarely stock this one. And when they do, it is 30-40% more than buying through Amazon.

I discovered Zebra pens about 20 years ago and gradually began to use them to make small drawings. It's the tips of the pens that are always sharp and ready to make really fine lines, but I also use them to fill-in large dark areas with that black ink. Wouldn't you know it, THAT takes up a lot of ink (!) and I'll go through a Zebra in a couple of weeks. Kind of hard to find these refills, but worth it to keep the pens working.-Thanks Amazon!

I got a set of Zebra G301s for my work a couple months back and was disappointed the other week when the first one of four ran out of ink. I gotta admit - I have never used any pen that much that I ran out of ink in one! So, I checked out Amazon to see if I could get refills and found Zebra offers the refills. Curious, I ordered this and was pretty shocked!What greeted me was, in fact, Zebra brand refills for the G301! Wow! I honestly thought it would be some third party thing by the time I got it. But lo and behold - Authentic Zebra refills! They fit exactly how the original one did and work just the same. I am so glad I found these because I hate the idea of throwing out a pen, if I can manage to find a refill.I will say that these really don't last that long. I am not sure why, but the G301s last only a couple of months with continuous use. I work every weekend three days a week as a quality analyst for a major auto manufacturer and have to document a lot of stuff when I test our product. I completely emptied one pen and am nearly through another before I got these refills, and I bought the pens less then three months ago. It isn't like I am writing a book with these. I just document serial numbers and input test findings on my checksheets. But I have never used up all the ink in any pen I have ever used before these.That being said, I am a huge fan of Zebra pens and I love the G301s nearly as much as the F301s, which are not as easy to find as they used to be now. But dang - two months on one refill? That isn't very long! However, I am really glad I found these. I would much rather refill my pens then toss them in the trash and go buy new ones. Not only is it better for the environment - It is better for the consumer to keep using a pen they are comfortable with. I figure this whole package should last me maybe two years at the rate I am going - maybe a bit less or more. If these were the F301s - well, let's just say I have never run out of ink in an F-301, or any pen, for that matter!

These are a great option. Buying new pens for slightly more is wasteful as the refills don't last long. That said, they are extremely nice!

These refills fit my Zebra G-750 pen perfectly. The 0.7mm medium is a nice thickness, easy to read, not fat looking or blurry on the page, but also not too fine or scratchy. The glide is soft, and requires minimal force into the paper, so my hand doesn't get tired with extended writing. As long as you are writing on normal paper (and nothing glossy) the ink dries fairly quickly so I don't getting any smudging. My favourite everyday writing ink.

Firstly, I don't use these to refill the G-301 pen, but instead I modify them to fit into the much nicer F-701. You need to do four things: 1) cut the G-301 down to the length of an F-301 refill. 2) Take the black plastic plug from an F-301 and put it into the G-301. 3) Remove the clear plastic cone from inside the tip of the F-701. 4) Use the spring from the F-301 and reassemble the F-701. You now have one of the most popular and affordable EDC pens with the smooth writing of Zebra gel ink.As far as the refills themselves go, they are small but they do write very smoothly. I would compare it to a Pilot G2 0.7mm. I have yet to see one skip. The line goes down pretty wet, and you can even watch the ink soak into the page after you write a word. I'm left handed and it doesn't bother me at all. It never smudges from my hand, but it does smear a bit after using some highlighters. The refills biggest downfall is the size compared to other gel refills on the market. From just taking down quick notes at work and to-do list type of stuff, they seem to last less than two weeks. But to me, it's worth it because of the F-701. I compare it to driving a nicer vehicle, but with less gas mileage. It's not for everybody, but I can make the sacrifice.I wouldn't recommend this to someone who is writing pages at a time, but if you need something to carry with you for note taking, these work nicely in the G-301 and even better in the F-701.
