I've always been a fan of fine tip pens, so you better believe I was excited when I first discovered .38mm refills for G2s. These things are great- they never leak in my experience, the ink reservoir lasts and lasts, and my handwriting comes out spider-web levels of thin, I love these so much!

It's simple. When your original cartridge runs out of ink, take it out, plop one of these in, and it's as good as new. Worked just as I expected.

When I discovered that Pilot, my favorite pen brand, had released 0.38 fine point pens, I had to get my hands on some, and these refills allow me to have replacement ink when needed without having to purchase a whole new pen set. It's extremely economical and Earth 🌎 friendly! Instead of throwing away a empty pen I can reuse it, by replacing the ink cartridge. These pens write so well, and last for a very long time. I write a lot, and I tend to write bigger, so this pen tip size helps me write more using less ink. The flow of writing is very smooth and it is super easy to replace the ink cartridges. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I am 73 years old and have gone through many, many pens and pencils in my life! Al-be-it; there is no such thing as a perfect pen or pencil; however Pilot pens which includes the three I have most used: 1.0, 0.7 & 0.5 black G2 Gel ink. I also have used the full color sets of G2 1.0 which I also like more than the other set of Pilot Frixion ball 0.7mm which is ERASABLE!!! Wow! But of course not the lines you might want to end up with... can always come in with the G2's when you have the final lines/form that you want.
