When first mounting these on a T post I broke 13 pieces and decided to stop. Thinking about the next day I realized that a little help would be in order. I got hold of a very stiff and thin putty knife and was able to pry/slide them all into place without damaging a single one out of 3-1/2 bags of insulators. Problem solved and they are holding the wire as they should and fit well on all of the different T post that I have.

This was my first time trying these. They work better than I thought. Extremely well-made. The snap on and snap off yet are held firmly in place. I was not expecting such a large bag and was pleasantly surprised. I ended up using three-quarter of the bag on this project.

They are better (by far) than the extremely awkward screw on clips, but as with all these T-post products, they quickly age in UV light and weather. We have to replace about 5% of them every season.

These are very good insulators, robust enough for my electric fence to keep Bears from my Beehives.
