Custom fitted to the grill. I believe there was some sort of patch material inside the cover, but it was all crumbled together and stuck to itself that I need to see if it can be replaced.

Usually, BBQ covers do not "quite fit"; not so with this cover as it is the ideal fit for the BBQ and keeps the unit in pristine condition.
