Fit's perfect inside a regular Zippo lighter. I hope will stop evaporation of the liquid butane. Time will tell...

It’s cool and all it’s metal works better then plastic ones but it’s not a tight fit wish it had it. So I’m giving it a 3 star for being metal that’s it. I have plastic ones and they fit perfect.

These do not make lighter fluid last.As far as I can tell (I purchased and used three) they make no difference in a brand new Zippo and no difference in a 70 year old Zippo. Nor do they make a difference in a Zippo from the 90's.They are little gizmos that literally make no difference.They do add weight. If your lighter isn't heavy enough already.

This is a must for zippo lighter owners. You retain the fluid for a long time and use it as you need. Totally endorse this product. It's well made an will last a long time. You can store a spare flint in it too. Genius!

It won’t be flush with the included foam insert and it doesn’t do much in terms of saving the lighter fluid. I don’t use my zippo as often anymore tho so maybe someone who uses it a lot would see a difference. I did not

Not sure why Zippo hasn;t started incorporating this feature into their lighters straight from the factory! Great insert! The fit, finish and quality are awesome. Very simple, easy installation in seconds. No issues at all. Pack included spare gaskets, as well. Shipping was super quick as well. I’m hoping this will help my lighter fluid last a bit longer. It already makes filling the lighter easier and less messy with the small trap door on the bottom. Awesome little addition to make a fantastic lighter even better!!

Those who carry Zippo lighters are familiar with their only two flaws.1. Fluid evaporation.2. They sometimes leak when overfilled.This clever accessory helps with both issues.Evaporation from the bottom is now impossible. There are rubber O-rings at every possible gap.It also comes with several spare O-rings!Fluid can still evaporate from the wick but I'm guessing that overall, evaporation will be reduced to less than half of what it was.After installing, I intentionally overfilled my lighter and it didn't leak... yet.So far, I'm impressed.

A well-designed aftermarket upgrade that Zippo should consider making standard. The 3D design fits perfectly and effectively slows down fuel evaporation, though it doesn't stop it entirely. The metal build and silicone seals feel durable. con: small refueling hole doesn't give you enough space to wet the cotton evenly.
