These were extremely tight, even the kids had a hard time using them. They would slide off of their noses or pinch so much they are uncomfortable.

I bought these for my big for her age with an averaged size nose 7 year old daughter. They fit my adult nose perfectly fine, hers not so much. Fit my 12yo son well. Good nose clips, just not great for little noses.
