Not sure what happened but I bought these once before and they were awesome. Eventually, they broke (my fault) and I decided to order another pair. The ones that came were not even close to the ones I received the first time I ordered. I wouldn't care as much if they worked well but my friends are constantly complaining about the mic being bad. When I record myself, I can barely hear it and sometimes you can't even hear me on certain devices! It's like someone took the good headphones and replaced them with a cheap, dollar store version of them. Very frustrating.

I can hear the audio through the headphones on my sibling....audio isn't even loud compare to my headphones didnt hear what was playing....

I bought these for my daughter. She’s generally really tough on headphones and so far it’s been over a month and still look & work brand new. She has had no complaint about the sound quality.

These headphones are very pretty, which is why I initially bought them. However, they are NOT functional at all. The microphone was barely picking up my voice, and the bluetooth did NOT connect to my PC. I do not recommend this headset.

I use these for work and they work fine. Kind of cool that it lights up via the USB. If I want to look like I am on the phone I just plug it in so my colleagues don't bother me lol. Not really noise canceling when I have them on but when I am playing music or a video or simply talking to someone the quality is good and I don't hear anybody else talking. The microphone quality is ok. Sometimes people say they can't hear me but maybe that is because they don't have their phone turned up. 90% of the time I don't get any complaints on the microphone.

Everything came perfect and so easy to setup. Plug in and play, mic perfect, sound is good. Could’ve had a little bit of bass but overall very good. Only complaint is that wearing for long periods of time can hurt your ears because these pads aren’t the most comfortable.
