Installed these bulbs as daytime lights, reverse lights, & brake lights 05 Suburban. For some reason these bulbs in the brake light sockets won’t let the cruise control work (just in case someone runs into the same issue). Other than that very pleased my with purchase!

I can’t speak for the light because I returned them. however them seemed to be very poor quality. while I’m sure they would work, I don’t want them on my truck.

They work great but my 97 F150 needs a special LED flasher relay or else they don't work right..or not at all..i guess it's some kind of current thing.. anyway i changed out my blue flasher relay and these bulbs worked very well! Fantastic deal! 😀

These lights are super bright. They work exactly as stated. If you are not familiar with LED lights and older automobiles, take note though. They will work perfectly as a tail light, or interior light or any application that they fit. HOWEVER, they do NOT have the internal resistor required to keep it from Hyper Flashing when used as a turn signal. It will most definitely hyper flash without the resistor kit. You can purchase the resistor kit for less than 10 dollars. It does take a little skill to install the resistor kit. Or you can purchase the LEDs with the resistor installed. They are more expensive than installing the resistor kit. Modern autos do not require the resistor kit. These are quality LEDs if used properly. Just dont be upset if it hyper flashes on turn signal lights if you do not have the resistor. It will surely occur.

BREAK LIGHT BRIGHTNESS:Just installed one brake light and one reverse light on one side to compare with old halogen bulbs. The brake light has two modes, dim and bright, the dim is normal driving and bright is for when you brake or blinker. The dim mode seems just as bright as old halogen bulbs but no brighter, and the bright mode is actually NOT as bright as old halogens. Pretty disappointed in that. Also to note that the time of elimination is quick, faster than halogens so when next to halogens, the halogens will appear to be slightly delayed. Sort of warm up time.INSTALL:On my 2016 F150 XL, I did not get a fast flash blinker on the tail light, but my blinker arrow on the dash flashed fast. and I did get an error code. So.. I installed a resister, note that the resister wires typically to the outer two wires on the light. I used 18 gauge heat shrink crimp connectors. The fast flash stopped. Yay! What I am unsure about is if I will need a resistor on the reverse light. No blinker so no fast flash, right? Well, it may still throw an error code. Gosh, I hope I won't have to install resisters for every single LED light bulb. If that's the case I'll go back to halogen. Also to note, the back of the bulb is slightly wider than the halogens. Other reviewers have noted this, saying that they had fitting issues installing it. I did notice that my new LEDs were wider but didn't have an issue. They fit in fine.
